Ingredients
- 5 green onions (chopped)
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 cups cooked rice (chilled)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Directions
- Mix vegetable oil, chicken broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, and pepper together
- Cut chicken into cubes
- Beat eggs
- Heat oil in a skillet and scramble eggs on medium-high heat
- Add in and cook the chicken, onions, and peas
- Add in rice and sauce and cook until brown
