Ingredients
- Saltine crackers
- Mini chocolate chips (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Line cookie sheet with foil and lightly butter (or spray)
- Place saltines on cookie tray evenly
- Melt 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar on stove, boil then stir continuously for 3 minutes
- Pour over saltines
- Bake at 400° for 5 minutes
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and spread when melted
