  1. Line cookie sheet with foil and lightly butter (or spray)
  2. Place saltines on cookie tray evenly
  3. Melt 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar on stove, boil then stir continuously for 3 minutes
  4. Pour over saltines
  5. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and spread when melted
