Shrimp and Sausage Creole Pasta

  1. Cook pasta and drain, set aside
  2. Cook sausage on medium-high heat until browned
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute
  4. Stir in broth, creole seasoning, and peppers
  5. Cook until peppers are crisp-tender (about 2 minutes)
  6. Add shrimp and cook until done (about 3 minutes)
  7. Remove from heat and serve over pasta
  8. Top with scallions (optional)
