Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken (diced)
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 2 medium zucchini (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
- Combine chicken, soy sauce, and red pepper in a separate bowl
- Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium-high, add chicken
- Remove chicken and set aside once fully cooked
- Add 1 tbsp. oil and cook onion
- Add zucchini and cook until golden brown
- Mix chicken back in, top with sesame seeds
