  1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, and red pepper in a separate bowl
  2. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium-high, add chicken
  3. Remove chicken and set aside once fully cooked
  4. Add 1 tbsp. oil and cook onion
  5. Add zucchini and cook until golden brown
  6. Mix chicken back in, top with sesame seeds
