Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves (mined)
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta, drain, and set aside
- Add garlic and red pepper to a skillet with olive oil and sauté
- Add the chicken to pasta and toss
- Add lemon juice and top with parmesan
