Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen diced potatoes
- 32 oz. chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
- Bacon bits
- Shredded cheddar
Directions
- Put potatoes, broth, cream of chicken, and half of the bacon bits in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours
- 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and let melt
- Top with cheese and bacon bits
