Ingredients
- 1 package gnocchi
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 8 oz. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- Spinach
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook gnocchi according to package, set aside
- Add butter to saucepan with garlic and mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes
- Add salt and pepper
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, add heavy cream and parmesan, cook for 5 minutes
- Stir in mushrooms, spinach, gnocchi
