Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. chicken breasts (diced)
- ¼ cup Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 16 oz. package frozen stir fry vegetables
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
- Rice
Directions
- Cook chicken until done
- Stir in dressing and juice, then bring to a boil
- Add the vegetables and cook another 5-7 minutes
- Serve over rice and sprinkle with peanuts
