Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (sliced in half and tenderized)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. capers
Directions
- Coat chicken in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Add olive oil and 2 tbsp. of butter to skillet on medium-high heat
- Cook chicken, remove, and set aside
- Add broth, wine, butter, and capers to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes
- Add chicken back to skillet and cook until flavor is absorbed
- Top with capers
