Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 5 chicken breasts (diced)
- ½ yellow onion (chopped)
- ½ cup green pepper (sliced thinly)
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
Directions
- In a large plastic bag, combine dry ingredients and add chicken a few pieces at a time, shake to coat
- Heat the oil in a skillet then cook the chicken, set aside when done
- Stir in onion and green pepper for about 2 minutes
- Return chicken to the skillet, reduce heat to low
- Mix teriyaki, honey, and sesame seeds in and stir until thickened
- Add onion and peppers, heat through, serve over rice
