Ingredients
- ½ cup of Old Bay
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 qts. water
- 12 oz. beer
- 8-12 medium red potatoes - cut in quarters
- 2 large onions - cut in wedges
- 2-4 lbs. smoked or kielbasa sausage - cut in 2 in. lengths
- 8 ears of corn - broken in half
- 4-5 lbs. large shrimp - in shells
- 1 bulb of garlic - peeled, each clove left whole
- Celery (as much as you want)
- Lemons (as much as you want) - cut in half
Directions
- In an 8 qt. stock pot, bring Old Bay, salt, water, and beer to a boil
- Add potatoes, onions, garlic, and lemon - cook over high heat for 8 min.
- Add sausage - cook for 5 min.
- Add corn - cook for 7 min.
- Add shrimp - cook for 4 min.
