Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 medium sweet onion (diced)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 10 oz. cream of mushroom
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Add butter and garlic to pan on medium-heat
- Add flour and onions, cook for about 2 minutes
- Add mushrooms and seasonings, cook for 5 minutes
- Add broth, worcestershire sauce, and cream of mushroom
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Fold in sour cream
- Boil egg noodles according to package, add to stroganoff
